Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix

  • 1 8 oz tub of Cool Whip

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 - 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven 350°F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. The mixture will be very thin. Just keep mixing until well blended.

  • Use one or two cookie spoons to drop the round cookie dough into the powdered sugar. Roll the dough ball until it is completely covered. Place cookies on a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

  • Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges.

  • Let it cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing it onto wire racks to cool completely.

  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container. It is best eaten within a day or two of baking.
