Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Krista’s favorite - We usually fix these as a holiday tradition.
Components
Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb hot sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°/375°.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 18/20 minutes, or until golden brown.
