Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Krista’s favorite - We usually fix these as a holiday tradition.

Components

  • Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°/375°.

  • Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.

  • Bake for about 18/20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
